 I find bringing affirmations into my mornings helps set my day with an intense amount of positive energy.
I make a strong Black coffee and park up in a cosy spot with my journal. I write and say out loud a handful of positive affirmations that call to me. I repeat them out loud with my eyes closed focusing on what the words mean to me.

Books

So i've been into audio books lately during the day, they are easier to absorb information being a busy mama.
I try to still pull out a real book in the evenings if I still have time after bubs drifts off to dream land.
