I’m really excited to share this easy Peanut Butter Slice recipe because not only is it crazy delicious, its very easy to throw together.

Another thing I love about these is the base is naturally sweetened with Maple Syrup and if you wanted to hold off on the chocolate chips for the icing, you can easily substitute them with  Coconut Oil and Cacao or Cocoa Powder.

The Oats give it a beautiful chewy texture. Paired with the Peanut Butter and Chocolate combination take this slice to next-level dreaminess.

C H O C   P E A N U T   B U T T E R   O A T   S L I C E


THE BASE
1 cup Peanut Butter
6 Tablespoons Maple
1 cup Oats

Heat peanut butter & Maple together for about 4 minutes on low.
Add oats and stir together.
Press into a tin, pop in fridge or freezer to set!

 

THE ICING
½ cup VEGAN Choc Chips
¼ cup Peanut Butter

Heat till just combined. Pour chocolate over top of slice.
Pop in fridge or freezer to set

Once set cut up into slices and store in airtight container in fridge.

These keep fine in the pantry, as long as you don’t live in a super hot climate.
