I mean it when I say this is the Almightiest (if that can even be considered a word) of all Banana Breads. I have spent a lot of time perfecting it so that if and when I consume the entire loaf in a day, I don’t have to kick myself for giving into the temptation of fresh baking.
Ive been wanting to put together an ebook for the longest time. I spent a-lot of time procrastinating. Mostly because i’m scared no one will like it, let alone buy it. But its something I cant shake from my overthinking mind! I love taking photos and I have sooo many tasty recipes to share, I just though what the hell.
I find bringing affirmations into my mornings helps set my day with an intense amount of positive energy. I make a strong Black coffee and park up in a cosy spot with my journal. I write and say out loud a handful of positive affirmations that call to me. I repeat them out loud with my eyes closed focusing on what the words mean to me.
After taking an unexpected break from all social media and actually most of our daily adventures, I wanted to take some time and write a proper blog post explaining how Ive been feeling and whats been going on.
